The Dry Ice Show
For an icy cold substance that usually requires a hands-off approach, I have put together a remarkably hands-on show.
A dry ice show includes unusual experiments such as
~ massive clouds of dry ice fog, floating bubbles on a layer of C02
~ ‘dry ice poppers’ which build up suspense and then explode* when you aren’t expecting them (*safely)
~ making the queen on the toonie wave at you
~ a giant, self-inflating C02 filled bubble
~ the dry ice fountain
~ self-inflating balloons
~ humming cutlery
~ smoke* filled bubbles (*actually it’s fog)
No matter what age the audience is, dry ice will amaze them. At -78.5* degrees celsius, it’s cool stuff.
(*about the same temperature as Winnipeg on a good day)
